Snobbery isn't the issue.
For some fucking reason every fucking company has to promote a fucking indian to it's CEO. Once they do that, they abuse the H1B1 and other visas, indians are overwhelimingly the ones that apply and get them, who then outsource entire departments to "support companies" in india, they shadow advertize jobs or don't answer any attempts from people without indian names, the more intelligent ones call them for a phone interview, never intending to bring them in for a personal interview and then say "thar r noo qualified Americans to do this job, we must outsource." My company, an international engineering firm, promoted it's new CEO, an indian, about five years ago. And just so happens the tech support/programing departments on the US/UK/Europe side have been gutted and guess what? Now we have to call people in india for help. They are barely understandable, they are 12 hours a head so any correspondence with them is next to impossible, and my company has this tech-help policy: if the tech tries three times to contact the person with the problem and the person doesn't answer, they are allow to close the call, which then the person has to re-open again, and this goes on for a number of times UNTIL, you get someone that actually knows what they are supposed to be doing and then you are transfered half a dozen times until you get an indian that speaks understandable english and can actually solve the issue without authorization. It's fucking insane. There was a practice they were employing about a year ago, where they would 'return three attempts to contact in rapid succession. They would email or call you three times in a day (it would be night here) and then close the call. I found out there was a bonus based upon number of closed calls, and then it became farcial. They would contact you three times within five minutes. Yeah you would get three messages on MicroShit Teams time stamped 0245, 0246 and 0250. It was fucking stupid.

Any complaints were met with a condescending tone implying you were racist.

And trump wants to import these fucking retarded, malodorous, two legged garbage-generator viruses.

once in the west none of these fuckers want to go back because india is such a shithole. However when they get here they are immediately drawn to pollute the wild habits and have an instinctual urge to poison any nearest body of water.

before i rant, while i am sort of MAGA, i acknowledge Trump is an incompetent piece of shit. but anything is better than open borders.

we aren't the workers we used to be and collectively we did it to ourselves. nothing you say will convince me otherwise.

too many people in certain career fields are more interested in activism than going their job. or they are unappreciative how good they have it compared to the rest of the world.

But that's the thing. You're equating the dindu schelping at Amazon, or some professional basement dweller DoorDashing three times a week with jobs that actually pay well and matter. American Airlines is a perfect example. These aren't retarded faggots that think if they wake up one morning and put on a pink shirt their genitals should change. These employees have what is called legacy knowledge, which is actually priceless. While the solutions of the past may not exactly work in the present, due to different technologies or policies it gives them a known alternative path for a solution.

I used to work with a guy named "Gordon." He was the typical Fedora Lord before Fedora Lords were a thing, back in the mid nineties. Had a shit tone of computer knowledge that was card address level. I was knowledgeable of that topic but not like this guy. He knew what was causing problems that when he said it sounded stupid, until you tried his method of solution. He knew his stuff. That's the type of people indians are throwing out of work ( they may or not be Fedora Lords).

Work place activists are only in "professions" that allow it. HR, or specialty department. My company has a "Culture Specialist." Basically, she's like the chief political officer of the woke. She's paid 200K+ a year and has a department of like thirty people. And yeah most of their degree disciplines end in the word "Studies." We have a Sustainability Coordinator." What ever the fuck that is. My guess it's some stupid cunt telling us to recycle at the tune of 150K a year. None of these people actually do any fucking thing but asskiss the higher highers, and pitch really stupid ideas so the company seems virtuous or politically correct AND within the righteousness of social justice. They are the ones that are trying to force women in to my field. Women don't want to be in my field. It's dirty, hot or cold, you have to work weekends, holidays, sometimes you have to be called in at a moment's notice, etc., women don't want that. Shit I don't want that, but it's what pays the bills.

But what really gets me about those types is the sheer volume of hubris they project and the complete and utter contempt they have for anyone that actually does anything, unless of course that person has a nicer business card with a more prominent title, but we're the ones making sure the client is happy and the things that meet the road are up and running.

The west is committing suicide.

This I agree with. When wage slaves like myself try to introduce activism in work the results are often hilarious. No, the Filipino boss doesn't give a shit, get to work or get fired.

As I said a couple weeks ago elsewhere, what if everyone was an activist?

What if I got a lecture about transgenders when I checked in at a hotel? Or the cashier at the convenience store cries about illegals being deported when I am paying for gas. Or the yard guy at the hardware store lectures me about Black Lives Matter when I just wanted a treated 4"x4"x8'.
