The Wiki will be up soon, but the images will still upload throughout the night.

I agree, I looked at Doku wiki and came to the same conclusion.
Our options is to continue to use mediawiki or;
Use bookstack with custom coding.
I did try to organize the books -> chapters and -> pages. Right now Categories are "Books" but I wanted them as chapters with a book by...

BTW, I was able to move the wiki into BookStack with Great Success. It actually looks decent, better than wiki.js and uses 1/12th of the database space...
I am reprinting those affected by the {corner|...} tag, I think the script found five of them, i will update the archives later but I am sure there are additional problem code.
I've also been working on a project to import the wiki into wiki.js or bookstrap with mixed results:
I'll look into it, the largest PDF is Volume S (1.7 GB) and I was able to download and load it via Chrome. Maybe your Plebian ISP won't allow for it.
I'll try to upload these to the internet archive later or somewhere else. I also have each individual page saved.
