I just checked, it's "Ahri". I believe it's a character from League of Legends and honestly if I were a masturbater I might've fapped too. Ahri also isn't in the top 100 so the one Antarctic researcher using rule34.xxx is probably just addicted to her.
 
Some other neat outliers:
Ecuador's favorite category is pokemon, not surprising from the country with the highest sheep to human ratio.
Many large East Asian country's favorite categories are various video games, which is still leagues better than the solid blue wave of futanari is the West. How the West has fallen :(
India's favorite category is Naruto and surprisingly not shit (like Benin enjoys) or rape.
The UAE's favorite category is fat men, maybe they relate to it.
Saudi Arabia, Oman, Brunei and the C.A.R are among the few normal countries and like huge ass, sex, female and spread pussy, respectively.
Africa is by far the most diverse continent when it comes to their gooning desires, with many of them liking cartoons, specific characters or specific artists. In fact some of their taste's are so specific I wouldn't be surprised if some countries just had one African gooner bolstering the stats for their entire country.

If there's anything that can learned from this it's that TOTAL FUTA DOMINATION is inevitable.
