Transnistria is the only country that might accept sex offenders citizenship. It's the only pseudo-country that doesn't specify criminal background in obtaining citizenship (many stateless people with outdated Soviet citizenship live there).

Issues of citizenship of the Transnistrian Moldovan Republic are regulated by the Constitution of the Transnistrian Moldovan Republic, international treaties of the Transnistrian Moldovan Republic, this Constitutional Law, as well as other normative legal acts of the Transnistrian Moldovan Republic adopted in accordance therewith.

By their own constitution they cannot turn you away. It's loyalty-based. Only pedo-friendly country left.

Also, it would be wrong to say that just because it doesn't explicitly say anything about criminal citizenship isn't there or addressed, it actually does because citizenship and loyalty to Transdnistria is loyalty-based. Reread the constitution-based rules again.

Even if they did detain me, I could claim an article 3. Just like how the second amendment is interpreted in the states. It's called diplomacy. They want people moving there, given an aging population and third world status. If I promise to respect their land, language and culture, I plan on moving there to eventually become a police officer after training to become Spetsnaz in the Transdnistrian (PMR) military. It's the only country/pseudo-country on Earth that still has Soviet citizens they're so backwards.

The only problem if you go to Transnistria is then cancel your American passport (revoking your US citizenship) and then keeping your Transnistrian citizenship passport is you become stateless (like everybody else, basically). Women will sell their kids. It's a backwater eastern european shithole. I love it.

It's legal for a sex offender to travel if they notify their parole or SORNA officer at the Sherriff's Dept. Alomg with federal authorities. What happens to you after that, if you get turned back because they see you have CP fapping /b/tard trying to turn his life around or in the few countries that do allow travel with discretion (such as notification to the proper authorities) it's completely legal. That's the challenge: finding one though.
 
That's the challenge: finding one though. Every other country (like Bolivia, which is a BEAUTIFUL fucking country with hot ass latina women) allows 90 day travel only. The only country in the world that treats foreign/stateless citizenship is nuclear-equipped Transnistria - the land of vodka bottles and opportunity for felons. Mongolia used to be better but they cucked.

But you can only get there through Moldova because Ukraine is liable to screen you (and it's a warzone). Moldova allows travel up to 90 days but just not citizenship for sex offenders. So I'll have time to get there through Chișinău air port and road. Once there, I apply for a passport and citizenship, showing US documents and they approve me. That's basically how it works. Will post pics if I ever can raise money for a flight. I will also need a predestined address.
