PET 15556 / DF

42. In this regard, in a WhatsApp message exchange between MOURÃO and DANIEL VORCARO, an intent to aggress against a certain journalist is identified, following information that said professional had published news in the press contrary to VORCARO’s interests. The content of the conversation is as follows (preserving the journalist’s name):

> “MOURÃO: Does this [redacted] punch his time card every Sunday?
> hrs huh Shall I launch a new one about him? Positive
> DV: Yes
> MOURÃO: What a scumbag.
> DV: We should put someone following this guy. To get everything on him.
> MOURÃO: I’ll do that.” (p. 89 of e.Doc 1)

43. In another message exchange between VORCARO and MOURÃO, the theme referring to the same journalist repeats:

> DANIEL VORCARO (DV): “This [redacted] — I want to send someone to beat him up. Break all his teeth. In a robbery.” (p. 90 of e.Doc 1)

44. Subsequently, MOURÃO places two positive signal symbols in response to the message in which VORCARO expresses the intention to “break all his teeth” of the journalist. Immediately after, MOURÃO replies: “We’re on top of all negative links; we’ll take them all down and release positives.”

45. Still regarding VORCARO’s message: “I want to beat him up” (referring to the journalist), MOURÃO asks: “Can I? I’ll check that…” And, confirming the intent to aggress, VORCARO responds: “Yes” (p. 90 of e.Doc 1).
