On ed a lot of images will appear not as images, but as the name of the file itself, either in blue or red letters.
For Example: "AnusCuntDestroyed.jpeg"
If the text is red, the image in not there anymore and no amount of refreshing will make it appear, a new image must be added.
BUT!
If the text is blue, then simply refreshing the page should make it appear, because blue text means that an image file is there.
Not sure why the images do not appear sometimes, but if I had to hazard a guess, it is probably due to there being lots of images on ED, and ED is slow.
