I watch a bunch of 600lb life stuff. It makes me want to watch my weight, but its pretty interesting. I can gain really fast if I just eat what I want.
Then, when I'm over my lb goal, I just stop eating. I'll eat once a day at max, maybe an MRE and some elctrolyts. Usually going 16-24 hours without eating if I do have something.
I'll drop 10-15 lbs in a week doing this. Just is interesting
at 12-16 hours without food the brain starts whining. headaches, shakes, until the liver dumps the sugar.
after 16, energy starts to return when the body starts burning fat but weakness will set in at 20.
atophogy is my real goal usually will kick after 24, but the most long term fast ive done is 30. and at that point you lose energy until you eat.
