Not really an album but I do recommend some music from my spotify playlist, there is a bunch of gems in here
As for real albums on the other hand, A few days ago I listened to Fear Factory's "Obsolete" via WinAMP, it's a good metal album on my part, right next to "Day of Mourning" by Despised Icon
"Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" is a good one, probably one of the best albums that captures that "psychedelic" atmosphere kinda well

Try some Guthri Govan. Erotic Cakes is a high quality album full of some tasty licks.
Such a good album to start with BTW. If you dig the less synthy new wave sound you might try call of the west from wall of voodoo or only a lad by oingo boingo

I haven't listened to that one in quite a while; it's pretty good, but Rubber Soul is my favorite.
Listening to Soul for Sahib by Koop. Not the type of thing I normally listen to, but pretty fun nonetheless.
