mid 90's holding steady so not so bad. lots of chunkiness and productiveness when I cough. I think the infusion is helping but would've been way better 4 days ago instead of having to wait all weekend to get it with three ER visits in the meanwhile. I've been able to hold food and water down which has been huge. Sunday I thought I was going to die from hypovolemic shock. A family member donated their unused unopened albuterol inhaler to me today which I feel has helped a ton.
Yeah you did lol. Be careful if it drops below 90 n stays there go back. Albuterol helps open you back up but you might need a duoneb too. The infusion waiting thing is bullshit I wish I could've gotten it to everyone but they're still holding on to it like it's gold. Im glad they cleared you for it. FORCE THOSE FLUIDS.
Btw, try taking bby aspirin, if you are gonna have the hypercoagopathy issues that I've seen with the Rona, aspirin helps. We were doing aspirin, and weirdly enough melatonin, to help with the inflammatory response and clotting issues.
I think half of it was I was fairly stable vitals-wise that if they put me on supplemental 02 or admitted me then I couldn't have the infusion. I'm fat so I had that in my favor.
Yeah its a weird rule where if you need supplemental oxygen you are automatically ruled out for the infusion. Idk if they're worried the infusion could trigger a cytokine storm if your body is already under stress, idk. Honestly. Theres been no rhyme or reason to this damn virus
Weight plays an unknown role but I think genetics are the bigger role. I've had healthy 30 y Olds with a BMI of like 20 get it n end up having severe heart failure from all the organ damage.
