One question do you need to get 3 people (without anesthetist) to put it? Nobody had the thought that a virus that have high infectus rate would exist in the bio weapon era?

Put it in? You mean intubate (put a breathing tube in someone?). You can do it with two (paramedics do in the field with two man teams) but it's easier with three, usually a doctor (or anesthesiologist) nurse to draw up and push meds and respiratory therapist to bag the patient and hook them up to the ventilator.

There was some rumors I heard at my one hospital about it possibly being lab made or a bio weapon bcuz of how virulent and quickly it spreads and how it kills. But its been sequenced with its known genome against other corona family viruses and it's just a terribly new adaptation.
