Back in the late 90's, before all of the gore sites were around, there was a police department (I think in New Jersey) that had their murder case files and photos just open and available on the Internet because they didn't have the concept of security back then. That was the first time I was introduced to gore. I'd be interested to know if anyone else remembers that.
