I mean, if you want some generic advice:
* if you're Korean, you need three fridges (the main one, the storage one in the garage, and the kimchi fridge)
* when driving, you can drive as fast as you want, as long as it's slightly slower than the person ahead of you
* Windows 10 is perfectly fine to stick with, even tho Microsoft is pushing Windows 11
* there is factually nothing wrong with "processed foods" in-and-of-itself. It's like the word "natural" (eg "natural meat", "all-natural corn", etc): it has no meaning because technically every food is "processed" or "natural" (liquid mercury is "natural"). Instead, look at the sodium content, transfat content, use of high fructose corn syrup, etc, and see if that is something that you can live with, as those factors (among others) are what tricks your body into wanting to eat more.
