it's not at all surprising actually. Everyone knows publishing a swastika while resident in Germany is playing with fire and it's always been like this since WW2. IMO CJ Hopkins is whining a whole lot considering it will be almost impossible to prove his propagandistic intent in court. So I think in the end he's gonna win anyway.

Yes, but as he points out there are other German publications that used the swastika and they were never prosecuted. It seems like a selective prosecution against him simply because he dared to complain about the stupid mask mandates.

Every publication with a swastika here runs the risk of being hounded by the law. He just got denounced, those other publications were not.

But those other offenders were large and well known publications. They were seen and read by millions of people including lots of government officials.

it would seem that state prosecutors still make a difference between tweets and printed publications, and maybe "known covid deniers". This isn't good, but as I said, I strongly expect they will ultimately and embarrassingly fail with what they're doing.
