Not really no. They use them to add heat n flavor to alot things like soups. Habeneros I think are hotter. A good compromise are the hatch chili's if you want flavor and spice

i see. i'm going to try growing some chilis this summer from the seeds i kept from the ones i cooked with. habaneros from the store just arent the same

That sounds pretty Ballin. You got a bright window with lots of sun? Peppers do really well in lil planters even indoors and you can grow em in the winter
