Add photon theme

Add 4chan photon theme to EDF, I need every website under the sun to look the same or else I'll piss my pants.

Nobody was using 99% of the ones that existed before, everyone just uses classic, high contrast, or wrong number. I'll be the one person using this theme so it'll be different.

Old Wrong Number was better but the font it came with didn't have numbers so they defaulted back to comic sans and it looked terrible. Personally I used High Contrast Green for 100% of the time on EDF6, to the point where I didn't know your pfp wasn't transparent until a year later but the new HC Green isn't the same as the old one so I hate it, I've converted to a lightmode fag anyways.

wrong, extra.less just doesnt fucking work so the font doesnt show
