The best way to fix the Constitution is to send dick pictures of Benjahimen Cohen , Of Newtown Mass, to every member of the senate and congress as well as all federal courts including the supreme court and force them to examine the images for at least 5 minutes each. Surely that would result in enlightenmnet.
