Canada has already done this. I had TWO fucking family members get ahold of what they thought was heroin but was actually fentanyl. They both overdosed and died. The younger one (my cousin) died the day he bonded out when his dad left the house to go to work and came back to see him dead on the couch in the living room. His mom died while he was in jail. I've heard stories of weed being laced with fentanyl, meth being laced with fentanyl, cocaine being laced with fentanyl etc etc. People are resorting to taking wasp spray (I think it's the Raid purple can stuff), spraying it lightly on paper one or two times, drying it, then cutting it into small strips, cutting it up with a nail clipper, line up a thin toilet paper wick to the bits of dope (called kD), line it up with the paper (use blue mist bathroom wrap, bible paper or even brown bag paper, which is better when made into coffee wraps so it can taste like a cigarette while you get high), handroll it, seal it with saliva, light it up over a wick (toilet paper rolled up and lit by popping a socket; see tutorial for cigarette lighter below) and smoke it. It's a cheap k2 high you get from it (synthetic cannibinoids). It can make you collapse on the floor and not know what the hell's going on out of this world fucked up. It can also make you retarded over time using it (not to mention heavily addicted). Or you can take some offbrand wasp spray, spray it through chicken wire with the AA batteries and plug cord into the wall, and that'll send pellets of yellow ice (cheap meth) that'll come out the bottom. If we legalized marijuana people wouldn't be doing this zombie drug "legal high" shit (like jimsonweed).
