Well, you have come to the right place.
All you have to do is contact an Admin, and ask them to make one for you.
They don't work for free. So suggest a fair price.
Some General Rules:
1. We aren't changing usernames. That was done by he-who-will-not-be-named.
2. Fag Tag is for a special group of people. However, it can be duplicated, minus the login discouragement associated with the Fag Tag.
3. A User will be able to have his banner/badge taken off after 30 days or if he convinces an Admin to do it.
4. YOU are responsible to collect all materials and images you may need. YOU are also responsible to notify someone when the 30 days are over. Don't rely on us to remember.
