Mod policy going forward

Receiving feedback from several people I have proposed the following:

We remove the title of "Mod" from the forums. We will have secret mods with powers to ban spammers/illegal shit.

Staff will only be Admins and Bureaucrats. All mods may request a custom title for themselves (almost everyone has one already).

Right now I will begin implementing this change as a trial, subject to reversal. We will see how it goes.

This is being done to avoid the slap fights and harassment over who is, and is not a mod.

I just did what you requested and removed the title. A never met someone who loves to complain about winning more than you.

I also get semi-daily emails about who and who isn't a mod. Or someone who takes it upon themselves to demod someone.

This is the last time I will likely address this in the near future.

This is a good compromise.

I just didn't want 15 PMs why their mod/staff tag was "removed".
