Site Migration

With the growth on the site, we will be moving from GoDaddy to VPS (hostwinds).

This will occur around the first. Unlike when we nuked the prototype site, everything should be intact.

We will do this on off-peak hours. i.e. when Ben is at school. Do not panic if you get 404'd for a day or so until the domain DNS is changed (still malhub.com, but point to a different IP).
