idk....on one of my last crystal benders I stayed up for 7 days. nowhere near as bad as squidgey here...although I started to see ppl moving in my peripheral vision, and reenacted the movie 300 with a broom and trashcan lid.
sure glad those days are over.

i never went on benders. most i ever really saw was people shadows moving on the other side of my door
