I talked to a few Arab and Indian *dot dot* convenient store owners back in the day (2007ish). 7/11 and Mom and Pop's operations, they told me they didn't have to pay taxes for 7 years. Once the 7 was up a new owner would magically appear which was a relative. Don't know how true that is or was, but it seems legit to me. Also, I'm no longer a Theistic Satanist, but Jewish. Shalom my friend! I demand shekels!

Big oversight on my part! They were Not American born.

im not surprised at all. there's some apartment complexes near me that get the same treatment. im told theyre passed back and forth between two brothers to avoid taxes. would it shock you they're also kinda slummy too?

That doesn't surprise me at all. Worked at a bar in Chicago by Wrigley Field. The owner had stuff from previous failed business ventures (ice cream machine, granite countertops, ECT.) that needed stored, but he didn't want to pay storage. Well, he knew this Paki named Tariq and he said he could use his space free. Tariq had an unused parking garage that he had built from millions of $$$ worth of loans he got from the government. Once those loans came due, he emptied all of his bank accounts, had all of his luxury cars and shit he owned flown to Pakistan, then he left too.

TL;DR: Paki grifted US government for millions and skipped town.
