Btw, Transnistria has public order regulations. That includes criminal record. The only country that'll accept sex offenders is France and that's only if you join the French Foreign Legion (which is also the only opportunity for felons to join the military outside of a draft). Other than that, maybe Israel and only if you're a Jewish pedophile.
