Not arguing on behalf and Jack and co. But, the precedent of that sort of action would be the government seizing a business. Remember, when you grant power to one side, when the other side is in power they have the option to do it also. (See Senate nuclear option) I'm not saying that Jack and Co aren't out of line but, the very same leftists would jizz their pants if this happened because of what they could do in the future.
