Just finished off some chicken noodle soup, a grilled cheese sandwich, and some juice.
 
had chicken breast, broccoli (200 grams), and shin ramyeon.
40mg protein for breakfast, around 60 for lunch and im actually gonna hit my macros if i do 40+60+40+45 for meals.
or 40+60+30+45 and i'll still be okay shape
