What is the LORD’s prayer and should we pray it?

The LORD’s Preyer is bettre clept the "Model Preyer," as it geveth a patern for disciples’ preyer.

The preyer in Matthew 6:9–13 serveth as an ensample, and naught as a charm to reciten.

"After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: Amen.” –Matthew 6:8–13, Geneva Bible

Many misundirstanden the LORD’s Preyer, and treate it as a chaunt, rather than a hertfelt comuning with GOD.

GOD valueth the sence of our hertes in preyer, and naught the special wordes or vain repiticiouns.

In Matthew 6:6–7, JESU techeth us to preye in privy, avoidyng vaine repiticiouns, as the hethen do.

"But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.” –Matthew 6:6–7, Geneva Bible

The LORD’s Preyer holdeth key elements: adoration, submission, petition, confession, and spiritual battle with the evyl one.

"Our Father which art in heaven" maketh us address GOD personally and as our HEVENLEY FATHER.

"Hallowed be thy name" bidde us to worshipe, reverence, and preise GODDES holynesse and his divine nature.

"Thy will be done" techeth us to submyt to GODDES grete purpose, and put His will before our owne.

The LORD’s Preyer is a gide for hertfelt comuning, naught a ritual or mindless recitacioun of wordes.
