The site's policy is not to host dox on the site, as far as I know that's been the case for a while now. Maybe @fleacollerindustry can shed some light. But I don't see a reason to whitelist doxbin, atm.

Correct: doxing is a big ol' no-no here, has been as long as I've been here, and doxbin has only one purpose: to be a bin for doxes. If there is lulz worthy non-dox info in that doxbin, then just manually add it into the article.
