Okay, so YouTube makes no sense, YouTube is still flagging 18+ videos for kids by mistake, creators gonna screwed by $42k fine. Comments, save to playlist and other features are banned if videos flagged as for kiddies. In fact that YouTube was accused by the FTC for violating COPPA and was given $170 million. YouTube is forced by the FTC to comply with the controversial COPPA law and to flag videos and channels as made for kids, YouTube will make creators losing money.
