I got issued a pair of these three weeks before rotating out. So yeah I basically wore out both pairs of my black boots super hot, and both pairs of my desert boots. Highly durable, comfortable and breathable. Heavier than the desert/jungle boot, and the Oakleys, but wear well and better value for the money even though they are about 180 USD. All boots are resoleable except the Oakley's.

Or get these which I just found. Navy issue, steel toe for added fucker stopper, resoleable and I'm guessing they will be heavy not as heavy as my work boots but they ain't high speed. All leather should last long and looks like to have good grip. You're not beating track times like in the Oakleys but all around and if you need steel toes for work, there you go.
