He's in illinois, the "Land of Lincoln," which for the most part restricts black powder as well, i think crossbows and bows are restricted as well. he's limited to airguns though I think those are heavily regulated as well. The 2A really doesn't exist in illinois. Which is why only the criminals have weapons.

I think any knife with a blade over 1 inch long is illegal. And I think they've ether banned the folding box cutter, for whatever reason. Let me check. ---

Nope any blade longer than three inches (Chi-raq 2.5 inches - Chicago making citizens with that extra .5 inch less blade) which is retarded most major arteries are less than an inch from the surface of the skin, brachial and femoral are two not to mention, everyone knows about the jugular vein which you also can bleed out from.
