How do I fast?

You are underage and not finished growing yet. So you should not be doing it.

You're fat because you drink a metric fuckton of soda every day and overeat. Get an actual hobby that doesn't involve sitting in front of the screen.

Fasting is perfectly healthy and ok to do if you're an adult. I have gone like 5 days without food before and felt fine. It's just not something kids should do.

Eat fatty meats instead of carbs and get lots of exercise. Cycling is a good low impact high energy activity.

exercise is a million times more important than diet imo

if youre a fat fuck whos addicted to sweets or fast food or whatever you're probably never going to kick that habit. just go for a run or something.

How do I stop thinking about food?
Sheesh, you make it sound like an addiction.

If you are fat you should not try outright fasting as you might fall down during gym class. Fasting is for people who are already kind of fit or at least not overweight. It makes us feel good but it will probably make you feel like shit.

But if you must I suppose you can always start eating pages off that Trainspotting book you're struggling with.

One of the hardest things about "fasting" is the other people in your life. Everyone is always going around saying "what's to eat, what's to eat, what's to eat". Fasting doesn't seem like a concept that they end up getting. No, please just ruin your body by eating figurative garbage. Not even that. Even if it is healthy, the question is "Why aren't you eating?"

Can I not be religious in peace? Must you make everything a contest! Can you worry about yourself for once and not me. Thank you!

Ok, so how did I start out Holy Week this year. Since I've been lenting completely wrong, I might as well start off the Holiest of Holies week by getting as dirty and unclean as humanly possible.

How does one do this?

By going to the dankest, darkest corner of your basement and beginning a project!

Sorry, I don't have the before pictures. It is probably something you wanted to see, but trust me, it was a disaster.

finished project.png

Here is the finished sump pump project. This was a nightmare as well. Best friend to the rescue.

walkable pathways.png

We now have walkable walkways in the basement.

basement project.png

As you may imagine, this basement project is far from complete. That may take a year or more.

temporary barricade.png

We have temporarily barricaded everything in. This will be resolved ... sometime.

orginization.png

I somehow have to organize this mess. My dad had organizational skills, but his skill are not my skills and I need to make sense of what he did.

barrier broken.png

Look at this! I've broken the 220lb barrier. Didn't stay there long. But, we are on my way to light heavyweight!

I may end up trying for middleweight. We'll see.

chemical warfare.png

So, we have something more to show and a story to tell. The sump pit was not filled with just water. Back in 2016 or 2017, there was a blockage in my neighbor's sewage and the company that came to remove the blockage shot shit right into our house. I am somehow responsible for this, don't ask. That is another story that you wouldn't believe from the "bad old days".

But, the moral of the story is that the sump pit was full of sewage. Yes! Let's get as dirty as possible for the cleanest most holy week of the year!

extreme edition.png

So, the whole house needed to be completely disinfected and all common surfaces had to be Lysol'd to death. The chemical warfare sweatpants just got an extreme makeover (not picture, there is a black tee shirt that also got the chemical warfare extreme edition treatment).
how I celebrated.png

I needed to celebrate after this monumental task was completed. The KBS went down. Very good! I know I know. Let's drink alcohol during Holy Week! You might as well put me in a leper camp now, I'm so unclean. I had taken 3 showers on Monday. This was all before noon. We also had two important trips to make this day as well. Very taxing day. (Haha, nerd saying Tax Day one day after)

night walk.png

For our nightcap, I went on a walk. There was almost a full moon out there. I have taken several photos. 11:11PM happened during this time.

night walk 2.png

I took a bunch of photos, but I'm only showing the ones that came out the best.

night walk 3.png

Yes, I did the walk barefoot on concrete and asphalt. I'm undoing 2000 years of footwear evolution on my feet. My feet are supply yet strong. The weekly very hot Epsom salt baths work. Also, I was moisturizing and Vaseline'ing my hands and head to make up for the chemical warfare that I waged against my house and my body. I had this on during my barefoot walk. I do have one more thing to say. "No more chemical warfare, please!" My body did not like.

rabbit in the moon.png

Very nice picture. Rabbit in the Moon! I'm going to listen to some of their music after this post. Still watching Titanic.

hey deer.png

The deer still have no fear of me. This picture didn't come out well. You can see my shadow there.

dance party.png

And of course I did a dance party at the end of this epic. I had a little sleep, did a plumbing job, then collapsed and slept most of 4/15 Titanic/Tax Day. Woke up and decided to tell you about it and start posting again. I'll check my mentions later. Have fun with this teal deer.

The dude who made this thread passed away over a year ago.

RIP - TBH I just looked for the concept of fasting and posted.

I ran out of ketamine for a week and destroyed my fasting. Rebounded back to 231lbs. Found a new/old strain that is very different and here we are again. This is reminding me very much of 8 to 9 years ago in a good way. Easy enough to remember the good times as a child. Not so easy to remember the good times when you were actively trying to erase your memories.
