Although I don’t drink beer, I’ve heard that people are moving away from IPA’s because they’re too bitter, too hipster, and usually overpriced.

there was a case in texas that interested me at the time. i just went back to check on it.

in texas last year, home distillers association sued the government saying it cant regulate home distilling of alcohol. in july after arguments and other legalese shit, judge ruled in favor of plaintiffs (HDA + McNutt). DOJ appealed and the appellate court upheld the decision.
