Someone brought this post on WPD to my attention yesterday but the comments don't really answer OP's question. Maybe you guys would know. Would a hypothetical website like this be legal? Also I don't intend to be the one to make it if so, so don't ask. I'm just curious.

Either a livestreaming site expressly for the purpose of killing yourself on it or a forum expressly for the purpose of people linking to their livestreams on other sites where they're going to kill themselves

Probably not illegal but you'd probably be open to lawsuits and it'd be damn near impossible to find a domain registrar or hosting provider long term
