The sex offender laws are built off of infamous cases where some psycho cuts off a 6 year old girls head and then they apply the legislation to a whole group of people so they can entrap them in the private prison and justice systems to milk money and suffering off them. I doubt they work. There should probaly be a register of dangerous people or just public social credit score (which I would fail).
