how could the shooter have a trans roommate in SLC (original theory was it was a trans shooter, before they even IDd them, any of the first 3 times), if they live with their parents on the opposite side of the state, over 3 and a half hours away, where they are doing an electrical apprenticeship at the local technical college

utah is a huge place, mostly ugly--sometimes "scenic"---dry desert good for nothing
with occasional mormon towns that are notorious for their provincialism, bigotry and ignorance
they run speed record cars on the salt flats bc they arent good for anything else
st george is exploding because its full of cali expats and retirees, no other reason
but zion is nice (in the winter, dont go in the summer, tourist mobs)
