I was thinking of doing website on clear net not on I2P, Darknet, Yggdrasil or whereever else, there are only like 7-9 or so countries in the world where you can host shit like this and none of them have hosting services inside their country, and probably attempting in doing that will force country to change it's laws, so only desperate pedophiles would attempt to pull stunt like this.

So factually, irl CP is out. And I would probably not risk my ass hosting lolis and shotas imagery even if it is more "acceptable" and can be somehow classified as "art".

I think distribution and especially creation of CP should be illegal and for many reasons, it is a crime evidence of abuse and counts as ongoing crime, free speech does not protect you when you commit crime. Free speech protects ideas, not universally agreed criminal acts, after all it is illegal in pretty much all countries in the world for a reason. Same goes for rape.

You can't fucking start recording: break into someone's home, setting it on fire and then stealing house owner's car and sell it, that is not an act of free speech or an act of art.

Nor you can host a website with stream of active torture and murder people for lulz or money because it will be ongoing crime and you taking part in it by watching it and especially by buying access to such places, hosting redrooms is illegal and is not act of free speech. Gore on other hand will count as past crime, it will not mean automatically that you will be protected as a killer, but it means that you are protected as a person who watches gore as you will not continue crime unlike with CP where distribution it is actively continuing abuse of the victim and that is period, it is causing physical harm to the person and their family, there is ongoing sexual invasion of privacy, for this reason you can't even defend by saying this is for archive.

I do not want it to be a criminal forum where criminals can just do what the fuck they want, I do not want to host a fucking terrorism network where people will coordinate crimes as that would be ongoing crime. I want a forum where people can freely express themselves even if it is hate speech or debate on certain paraphilias.

I tried to not including my personal opnions as I would certantly ban all pedophiles with no exception, but that would violate principle of free speech due to me just having some bad expirience irl with such people when I was a kid. It is like when my gf was saying to me that "CP posession should be legalized as it is a crime that already passed", no it is not, it only works with gore videos especially if the person in the video was killed, not sexually abused, are not minors or her saying something about making sexdolls and toys for pedophiles. I might not agree with any of that, but that is Discussion, all of that shall not be a crime, taking part in actually doing something is what makes it illegal and have nothing to do with free speech.

I have experience in recording as I actually at some point of time made commercials for different companies (fancy stores) so they can be broadcasted on internet, TV or posted on social media with very fucking unfairly small budget :angry:

His life without argue worth way less, so I would rather put someone as equally as worthless to replace my place, with very nice candidate being @tasuviyo
