That's precisely the problem with you progressives. Everything is kept vague so no one can scrutinize it.

How about eliminate all the retarded agencies, programs, foreign aid, and eliminate taxes for all the ones under the $80K/50% mark. Maybe a 1% increase in the top 50% for the truly needy.
