His journal found on him admits to that he did it, and I think he openly confessed to the murder. the journal will be thrown out on state charges. He'll get convicted on the suppressor. DA's are lazy and 30 years in federal pen will appease everyone.

No the suppressor used in the video capturing the murder. To be honest, they don't need the physical suppressor, and the fact that they magically found one in his bag, is super fucking weird. Why would he backpack that, the ghost gun and the journal of deep inner secret thoughts of the Luigi around, he had a car.

I think he is the shooter, but I don't think this was his idea or plan.
