I'm on a steady diet of chicken breasts and broccoli/other green high fiber veggies for lunch constantly, please kill me.

everyone who lifts has to be at least a little bit autistic to do these boring as fuck diets on a long term
 
Hmm, do you do any cardio? Cardio is the best way to lose unwanted fat.
actual science shows that a targeted muscle building + cardio process is way better but that muscle building is a stronger fat burning process.
it also triggers specific muscle groups that you want to lose fat on (even though fat loss is sequential, science has shown that you can stimulate fat loss harder on specific areas by training them)
