I'd add feta cheese, and instead of lettuce I'd add spinage, replace the melted cheese ur having with a fancier variant of maybe parmesan shredded and lightly melted.

tonights big meal will be a lasagnette which is just a deconstructed lasagna with normal spaghetti instead of lasagna plates.
this meal is yuge (780 cals, im kind of in a bulk instead of diet mode).
100 grams of pasta, 100 grams of ground mince in the sauce, with tons of tomato sauce and bechamele sauce + i might add some shredded cheddar on top (forgot to buy parmesan cheese)
also, some fun fact, I was basically starvemaxxing, recounted my TDEE and I'm at fucking 3500 cals of TDEE maintainance mode, or closer to, rathern than the original 2500 I thought.

i was stress testing my body for 5 days, and i have eaten an insane amount of food to the point where normal people WOULD gain weight if they were a defecit.
talked to a doctor friend, and they basically told me, I'm a hyper responder/hypermetabolic to food, congratulated me and told me I do not need to count calories ever again.
im kind of in shock. bc i can eat 4k cals and still be in a fucking defecit.
and it's not right now, like i eat bad food mostly anyway. i did this as a stress test for 5 days, most of my food is fairly clean, and i make most meals from scratch when i can.


anyways i meal prepped 8 days worth of chili con carne that i will be consuming over the next week together with lasagna for dinner, the chili will most likely be my lunch.
