a mostly thorough run down of the bass pro pyramid
there is an elevator that takes you to the top where there is a restaurant i did not eat at with even more steampunk fish @Heidi the girl n you can see the mississippi river (cue the doobie brothers' black water)

the tinted lenses can only do so much

obvs there is a hunting arcade game
there is also a fishing themed bowling arena
there is a hotel inside

in ponds, tanks, even in the wahlburgers restaurant

this little depressed looking fish was my homie n this other jackass kept photobombing

all in all a rather lovely building, 10/10 i want to quit my job n spend my time feeding the fish in the pyramid

memphis, at least the surrounding downtown area had lots of little nice shops n shit there was a cigar bar, bookstore, a semi-famous small town restaurant, etc

apparently whenever ppl film in memphis the actors go to this arcade restaurant. they got a lot of pics of ethan hawke, orlando bloom n such on the counter

I used to have a alligator gar. It grew to match the width of the tank. Cool to watch it eat. It used to be able to spear 2 or 3 feeder fish at a time and wouldn't know how to deal with the situation. It's crazy to know that these guys can grow up to 8 feet or so.

And a clownknife as well. It has a very flexible fin-like body and grew larger than the width of the tank. It ate like a monster or alien by creating some kind of vortex and sucking the feeder fish in. Inside its throat were all of its teeth.

Had them both for about 10 years or so. Both were already quite large when I got them.

Not pictured is the monster pleco that ended up dying of old age.
