they were unknowingly screwed by the original builder, and sold it to investors in 2018, who sold it (leased? freaky deal) to these Metro Loft clowns, who said "we have to screw more condo buyers so let's add 19 floors and make $$$" and then oops the building was substandard and should not have built 19 more floors on top.........
