People who pay for YouTube will see a bunch of advertisements, but Google doesn’t call them ads. Tracking on YouTube and other google products is going to become even MORE invasive and pervasive.

Im regards to the privacy standards and locked down ecosystem. That influenced other manufacturers to do the same.
