traditional Easter dinner; Chicken stir fry with udon. Searedit all in toasted sesame oil and stir fry sauce. Happy Easter, folks!

i made a butternut squash soup n used a bit too much squash so it's a little bit thicker than i'd like but nothing adding some heavy whipping cream won't fix
nice fall recipe it has coriander, cinnamon, n nutmeg in it
said to garnish with some sriracha and chopped nuts, so it has some pecan in it,
serve in a chicken mug

made another curry n this time tried making my own curry powder
clove, cinnamon, cardamom, pepper, mustard, turmeric, ground cumin, coriander

tastes a bit clove heavy, i think i'll have to tweak it. this would go well with a cup of chai

I am cooking beef ribs for the first time. I'll take pictures when it's done.

In the meantime, here was the vegetable soup I talked about a while ago. I think this would be considered some type of succotash if it wasn't soup.

Step 1 - cooking the vegetables a little to soften them

Step 2 - adding tomatoes / broth
