Ok so the day the computer came, the UPS guy was retarded enough to just drop the heavy package on the ground. When the package was opened the computer was broken. Like, Dad is trying to contact people for a refund or whatever.

It's probably not dead. It's most likely still going through the BIOS checks and loading the kernel. Give it a week.

Laptop was horribly inconsistent on what it could play.

Could play the PC ports of Silent Hill 2 and 4 but couldn't handle PSX emulation.
