i've look through books like gender queer to know what i am talking about. but i admit i need to look over more of the political propaganda in schools.
public schools are just baby-sitting nurseries for older children while their parents go out and slave away, in one way or another, to a broken social and political system. this is by design (see bush "no child left behind", etc). before any attempt to even fix something like this, all government and special interests need to be brutally amputated from the education system.

i'm remembering that foucault book from ages back that basically said they were designed to be like the panopticon. the entire school system has always been an arm of the state, meant to prepare kids to join in the workforce (wake up, do as your told, lunch break, more do as your told). it's never been conducive to the development of critical thinking

ChatGPT is nice for writing and artwork. Someday I hope to further experiment with AI. But I have many things I dislike AI. Data centers bring noise pollution, raise people's water/electric bills and while I haven't looked into it, I am sure they get government handouts and tax credits. Because of how technology works, all the hardware will likely be outdated in 5 years.
