FYI for those who reported this issue -

I fixed it by reinstalling imagick WITH pecl. Tested it on my new avatar.

You likely need to delete and reupload any recent animations. It wasn't working right on the first few gifs I tested (kept timing out). If you have similar issues, please report.

Every time we move servers there is like a handful of recurring issues that happen because the settings have to be adjusted. The Imagick plugin is not maintained well and only works with php version 8.2 and there are several different types. Other common issues relate to folder and file permissions, which hopefully are fixed now.

We don't plan on doing another server move, so we will stay here until they kick us out or until the site is sold to soyjack.party maintain our coke habit.
