I've grown disinterested in booze, but bourbon I like. Beer, wine. Never liked vodka and the like, but I don't think I ever had any that was good quality to be fair. I'd still likely drink anything I was offered is what I reckon, but not piss.

I remember drinking things like Lord Calvert and some other Canadian ones, resentfully, for want of money.

Maker's Mark wound up my favorite Bourbon, but it was the most expensive one I could find in stores locally. Less money in the bank begat Jack Daniels ( not really Bourbon, I believe ) ; even less money in the bank begat Jim Beam. Then finally some plastic-bottled one was begat.

I was never a drinker until one time that I had to give up weed, and then another time where it actually took hold when it was the only thing that mitigated my severe anxiety and went from rarely drinking to upwards of a half gallon or more a week.

Alcohol is nerfed too hard by the hangovers the older you become. Besides I love the ritual of smoking weed while listening to new music and just dozing, it's like a trip through the sound.
