Apparently the US looked to native tribes when figuring out their representative democracy.

Make of that what you will. Either way I'm already enjoying my new career path.

Respect for the native tribes varied among the founding fathers.
Jefferson in particular had a massive respect for them and saw them as equal in genetics, yet still viewed them as lesser in culture.
Franklin downright considered them savages.
Washington obviously didn’t have the best impression of them granted the majority of his interactions with them were on the battlefield.
At the same time, a lot of the revolutionary war soldiers were beginning to adopt the guerrilla tactics they got from facing the natives in the prior war

One thing I recently learned was that the natives were arguably the first people to invent the syringe. There's a 1000 year old hollowed bird bone needle in the ROM.

GODDAM you're a fucking idiot studying stupid. You're not really helping yourself. Save yourself some money and forgo your "degree."

The US system of government/legal system is heavily based on the English system. Which makes sense because the bulk of American colonists were British citizens. The first English parliament convened in 1215. I mean a wiki search would debunk your "college" teaching. Not to mention the Magna Carta which was penned in the same year which served as a model for what was the tone for the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

For context, Spain was busy kicking the moors out. Poland/Lithuania Commonwealth was a world power. And the most inaccurately named nation was also a super power, "Holy Roman Empire."

You are literally learning lies.
