Owner came out and we talked a bit. Asked if I could photo the engine. He said sure. Really cool boomer. Told him I would be terrified to drive this in daily traffic. He said, "nah, you just fix it if something goes wrong. It's meant to be driven."

I'd buy one but of course it was a one-off show car
can't buy ANY "small cars" in USA now--even the Fiat 500 is disappearing

americans are pigs
The Fiat 500 is disappearing because:
there is no profit margin making econoboxes
too small for Americans. Car is really cramped. I see the "larger model" which looks like a mini SUV.
and
The car can't go more than 100 miles without breaking down

It's been sitting in her side driveway for about 4 years now. (2017? ish) Blown head gasket and warped heads. It has about 20 K. miles. (Bought it well after I bought the house can't remember exact date but around the same time I bought my ecobox. )
